Subject of research is the mathematical and informational models of knowledge representation in the system for support of land administration decision making in Ukraine.
The purpose of the thesis is to increase the efficiency of decision-making by developing models of knowledge representation in the system of land administration.
Research methods: system analysis, isotone mapping, hull linguistics, ontological engineering, category theory, mathematical logic.
Theoretical results of the research: generalized model of multilevel administration system, constructed by methods of isotonic reflection, generalized model for implementing decision support for multilevel administration systems, generalized multilevel commutative diagram of representation of knowledge in the decision support system, generalized multilevel commutative diagram of the structure of the knowledge base of the decision support system, generalized commutative diagram of the interaction procedure of knowledge base elements, generalized model of decision support procedure for multilevel administration systems, generalized hierarchical logic-linguistic model, representing the declarative knowledge of the subject field to the elementary linguistic object, scheme of formation the alphabet of formal theory, scheme of output the correctly constructed formula of formal theory, hierarchical logic-semantic model of interpretation the declarative knowledge of the subject field, a generalized hierarchical structural model illustrating the decomposition of land legislation to the last linguistic object, generalized model of land relations, informational model functioning the theorem of formal theory determining degradation of the land, an informational model functioning the theorem of formal theory determining degradation of the land, an informational model of the functioning of the theorem of the formal theory of determining the conformity of land to land of the water fund, and a method to constructing the ontology of declarative knowledge of multi-level administration systems.
The practical results of the study - models of presentation of knowledge developed in the thesis research are brought to specific algorithms and programs in computer decision support systems.
Novelty:
- for the first time a hierarchical model of knowledge representation was developed for automating the implementation of functions and tasks of administration in multilevel systems, based on decomposition methods and mathematical logic, which differs from the existing represents knowledge in a combined logical-semantic way, which made it possible to increase the efficiency of decision-making in weakly structured subject field;
- the method of transforming declarative knowledge into a formal representation for multilevel computer systems, based on methods ontological engineering, which differs from the existing uses the logic of predicate calculus and hull linguistics, which allowed to develop knowledge bases of decision support systems using conflicting and subjective knowledge of the subject field, has been further developed;
- the structure of the knowledge base of the decision support system system is improved in multilevel administration systems, which differs from the existing use of methods of the theory of categories, which allows to present contradictory and subjective knowledge in decision support systems.
The main results published in 21 scientific works, including 1 monograph in co-authorship, 9 articles in professional editions of Ukraine, 4 of them - in the publications included in international scientific-mathematical bases, 1 - in the periodical foreign professional edition, 11 theses of reports in conference materials.
Obtained results of the thesis research were used during the practical implementation in the activity of the О. М. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, LLC "Institute of Legal Consulting", State Enterprise "Kharkivstandardmetrology".
Implementation of research results at enterprises has increased the organizational efficiency of management decisions by reducing time spent on dispatching and reducing the time spent on work with land data by 10-25%.
As a result of the introduction of the results of the study, the scientific-technical and economic effect was obtained.
The field of application of research results is intellectual information technologies and land relations in Ukraine.
