Essay

The course of GERD in school-age children is characterized by severe pain and dyspeptic syndromes. The main manifestations of dyspeptic syndrome are loss of appetite, heartburn, bloating with acid and / or air, and periodic regurgitation. It was established that in children with GERD and allergy there is a polyvalent food allergy, which is confirmed by skin prick-tests. It was established that in patients with GERD and food allergy, the functional system of the organism works in a mode of stress with the domination of internal system connections of homeostasis indicators over intersystem, and in patients without FA - in a stress-strain with signs of over-voltage (exhaustion) with domination of inter-system connections over intersystems. The use of the elimination / hypoallergenic diet, levocetirizine and probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus reuteri Protectis (ATCC 55730) in children with GERD and FA allows to reduce the duration of pain syndrome and improve all clinical, endoscopic and morphological characteristics. The predictors of the treatment efficiency of children with GERD are grounded.
