Shorskyi P. Administrative and legal Mechanism of Guaranteeing Electoral Rights of Ukrainian Citizens

The dissertation is focused on the analysis of administrative and legal mechanism for guaranteeing electoral rights of the citizens of Ukraine. The author of the work has characterized electoral rights of citizens as an object of administrative and legal provision. The essence and peculiarities of administrative and legal mechanism for guaranteeing electoral rights of citizens in Ukraine have been determined. The structure of administrative and legal mechanism for guaranteeing electoral rights of citizens has been outlined. The author has characterized the peculiarities of legal regulation of guaranteeing electoral rights of citizens in Ukraine and has clarified the place of administrative law. The range of subjects of guaranteeing electoral rights of citizens in Ukraine has been established; and the peculiarities of their administrative and legal status have been revealed. The concept and features of bringing to administrative liability for violating electoral rights of citizens in Ukraine have been outlined. The directions of interaction between the subjects of guaranteeing electoral rights of citizens in Ukraine have been systematized. International experience of guaranteeing citizens’ electoral rights has been generalized and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine have been determined. The author has suggested the directions of improving administrative and legal mechanism of guaranteeing electoral rights of citizens in Ukraine.
