Nabulsi H. The mechanism of regulation of public-private partnership in the social sphere

The object of research is the process of regulation of public-private partnership in the social sphere of the national economy. The dissertation is devoted to the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the methodical bases and practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of regulation of public-private partnership in the social sphere at the macro and mesoeconomic levels of the Ukrainian economy. The theoretical basis for using the mechanism of public-private partnership in the social sphere of the economy is revealed in the paper. The peculiarities of forms and models of regulation of social sphere by means of public-private partnership, directions and priorities of its use in the process of realization of social projects with the purpose of dynamization of development of regional innovative ecosystems are determined. A comparative analysis of the peculiarities of regulation of the social sphere by means of public-private partnership in the context of international comparisons is conducted. An integrated assessment of the effectiveness of public-private partnership regulation at the mesoeconomic level of Ukraine in terms of components and indicator blocks is carried out. The dissertation proposes strategic guidelines for improving the efficiency of public-private partnership regulation in Ukraine's social sphere. The author developed methodological approaches to modernization of the mechanism of regulation of public-private partnership in the social sphere of the national economy and its implementation into the process of self-organization and self-governance of regional innovation ecosystems. The work substantiates the system of indicators of monitoring of the effectiveness of public-private partnership in the conditions of expanding the participation of institutional stakeholders in the social sphere. The results of the dissertation research were adopted by the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Department of Culture, Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Kirovohrad Oblast State Administration, and the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
