The dissertation is devoted to the research of the actual problems of wireless data transmission systems, their further development, as well as the creation and implementation of tools and methods to provide a given level of reliability of information at the expense of multilevel parametric adaptation of code designs under the influence of obstacles in the process of data transmission. For the first time the method of three-level adaptation of turbo code parameters is proposed, which, unlike the ones available, includes a three-step adaptation of turbo code parameters based on the proposed uncertainty index. For the first time, the method of adaptive selection of parameters of S-random interleaver in wireless data transmission systems with turbo coding is proposed, which, unlike the known ones, selects the spreading parameter S, depending on the values of the uncertainty decoding index. It has been established that the use of the modified hybrid repeat request method reduces the number of retransmitted bits by 1.9 ~ 16 times, depending on the size of the data transmission block. The further development of the method of forming a hybrid re-request request, which, unlike the existing one, received a further development of the reciprocal transfer of only false bits of data obtained by the results of decoding, taking into account uncertainty, in order to ensure the specified reliability indicators. The process of deciding when decoding turbo codes is improved by the use of additional a priori information and uncertainty of decoding.
