The research method integrates the possibilities of structural and cognitive-communicative paradigms of linguistics. The Conversion Analysis Toolkit is used to distinguish the dialogic evaluations exchanges. The inference analysis is involved in the reproduction of the communicative process of reference processes and allows us to take into account the perceptual, cognitive, affective and volitional factors. An inference analysis is based on structural-semantic and stylistic analysis data; analysis of up-to-date components of the semiotic field of non-verbal communication; analysis of the interaction of verbal and non-verbal communicative actions. Quantitative analysis is used to determine the relative weight of different strategies of positive / negative assessment in Anglo-American informal communication; statistical analysis - to confirm the sufficiency of the sample.
