Essay

The thesis is devoted to the arrangement of glued steel-concrete joints, without anchoring, by the gluing technological equipment and communications fastening units or bearing parts to the concrete structures surfaces. The method of glued steel-concrete joints strength research, under the influence of different loads types, is developed. It has been determined that a significant impact on the glued steelconcrete joints short-term strength on acrylic modified adhesives have applied loads, geometry and conditional stiffness of steel bearing plates, concrete class, removal of steel bearing elements from the construction structure edging and certain technological parameters, with the destruction of adhesive joints occurs on concrete. It has been proved that, with repeated dynamic loads, the glued steel-concrete joints endurance limit is determined by the concrete endurance boundary and does not depend on the repetitive stresses asymmetry cycle coefficient. The method of without-anchor glued steel-concrete structures engineering calculation has been developed, as well as recommendations for the arrangement technology of these fastenings on acrylic modified compositions. The thesis main provisions are introduced on a number of industrial enterprises, with appropriately calculated economic effect, and into the educational process of O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.
