Kasyanovsky Y. Investment management in the real sector of the national economy based on indicative evaluation

The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and applied problem related to the development of practical recommendations on investment management in the real sector of the national economy on the basis of indicative evaluation. Investigated the theory of investment management and studied the views of scientists on the classification of investments, which proposed to supplement the classification mark «in the area of investment appointment». The approaches to investment management are investigated and the application of the program-target approach is grounded. The approach to investment management in the real sector of the national economy based on indicative estimation is developed. The methodical toolkit of indicative evaluation as a basis for development of proactive nature of managerial initiatives is explored. A system of indicators for the indicators of the results of functioning of the real sector of the national economy has been formed and an analysis of the results of its functioning has been carried out. Indicative evaluation of investments into the real sector of the national economy was conducted. The sequence of forecasting the effectiveness of investment management in the real sector of the national economy was developed and the problem situations in the real sector were identified on the basis of matrices. The basic directions of management are determined and the architectonics of investment management in the real sector of the national economy are substantiated.
