Gorokhovsky V. Features of prevention of hyperesthesia of teeth in children and young people due to demineralization of solid teeth tissues

In the dissertation the frequency of occurrence of hyperesthesia of teeth in children from 13 to 18 years old and persons of a young age is studied. It is established that the main reason for the occurrence of dental hyperesthesia in this persons category is the abuse of products with excessive content of carbohydrates and sweet beverages with high acidity. The method of experimental simulation of demineralization of teeth has been developed and in its conditions the ability of the drugs "Osteovit" and "Calcite" is reduced to reduce the processes of demineralization of solid dental tissues, to normalize physiological processes in the oral cavity of rats. The high effectiveness of using the proposed complex of measures in children and young people with teeth hyperesthesia has been proved, which is confirmed by reduction of the hyperesthesia, reduction of relapses, normalization of calcium content and inorganic phosphates in the oral liquid, improvement of mineralization of solid teeth.
