Rivis M. The Public Administration of Cross-Border Cooperation between Ukraine and EU Member States

The dissertation is devoted to the disclosure of the scientific challenge regarding the study of the peculiarities of public administration of cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and the EU member states, the clarification of the strengths and weaknesses of the administrative activities of the national public administration in this area, as well as the formation of a number of changes to domestic legislation based on advanced European experience. The place and role of cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and EU member states as an object of administrative-legal relations are revealed. The concept has been formed, the peculiarities and content of public administration of cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and the EU member states have been clarified, the boundaries have been clarified and the categorical apparatus has been clarified from the outlined issue. The administrative and legal mechanism of public administration of cross-border cooperation and EU member states has been characterized. The basic principles of administrative activity of public administration in the implementation of public administration of cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and EU member states and an arsenal of tools for its activities are revealed. The scientific positions on effective European experience of public administration of cross-border cooperation are revealed and summarized. The directions and concrete proposals for improving the efficiency of public administration of cross-border cooperation are determined.
