Avramenko O. Legal regulation of working time of prosecutors’ staff in Ukraine and EU countries

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of the legal regulation of working time of prosecutors’ staff in Ukraine and EU countries. The concept and signs of working time of employees of the prosecutor’s office are revealed in the work. The specifics of the genesis of legal regulation of working time of employees of the prosecutor’s office are found. The current state of legal regulation of working hours of employees of the prosecutor’s offices is described. The author analyzes the types of sources of law of the European Union about the working hours of employees of the prosecutor’s office. The legal mechanism of implementation of European norms on working time of employees of the prosecutor’s offices in the national labour law of Ukraine is considered. Problems of legal regulation of working time of the prosecutor’s office are formulated and legislative proposals on their solution are provided. The directions of borrowing in Ukraine of positive experience of EU countries regarding the legal regulation of working hours of employees of the prosecutor’s offices are highlighted.
