Kotko O. Investment support of innovation development of the national economy

The thesis research is devoted to the development theoretical and methodological approaches and the substantial of practical recommendations on improvement of investment support of innovation development of the national economy. The thesis work is clarified the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the research subject: the interpretation of the essence of the term «investment support of innovation development», the principles of investment support are systematized, the list of which is supplemented by the principle of coherence of the formation and using of innovation potential (potential in creation and commercialization of innovations). The sequence of formation of investment support of innovation development of the national economy is proposed. It is improved the methodical approach to assessing innovation potential based on indicators that have the high correlation the level of innovation development, which is evaluated on the basis of the innovation rate. It is improved the mechanism of investment support for innovative development of the national economy, which envisages creation of conditions for sufficient financing of innovation potential in the processes of its formation and use. It is established that the formation of investment support for the innovation development of the national economy should be based on new approaches and include the foundation of innovation ecosystems that will create an enabling environment for the participants co-operation of the formation processes and using of innovation potential with a view to commercializing ideas and the launching of relevant products or services in the market.
