Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of corporate governance in enterprises of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy. On the basis of the analysis of research works of domestic and foreign scientists, the content of the concept "corporate management” have been specified and the scientific approach to the development of corporate management in the corporate subjects of the economy have been enhanced. An assessment of the development of corporate entities in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy have been made. The trends of evolution of corporate management was analyzed and the model of the production structure of management of corporate enterprises have been constructed on the basis of the process approach. The proposals for improvement of the enterprise management structure have been presented. The methodical approach to determining of the level of corporate management in agrarian sector enterprises on the basis of expert evaluation of enterprises on the factors of internal and external environment and calculation of the overall indicator of the level of development of corporate management have been proposed. The methodical approaches to construction and use of risk management subsystem in the corporate management of enterprises of the agrarian sector, which is based on a phased approach, have been developed. The process of formation of corporate management with the use of forecasting results of activity of domestic enterprises of the agrarian sector of the economy, developed using econometric models, have been rationalized.
