Dissertation for the technical sciences candidate degree (philosophy doctor in specialty 05.13.06 "Information technologies". – Kyiv national university of construction and architecture, Kyiv, 2018. The dissertation is devoted to the information technology for the scientometric subjects content unification, which includes: HEI, structural units, journals, publications, authors, etc. The information scientometric subjects’ representation model has been further developed. Within this information technology the HEI’s scientific activity quality assessing method was developed, considering that, regardless of the institutions capacity, the ministry imposes identical requirements to them. The information search quality assessing method has been adapted and optimized for information retrieval and analytical systems for the scientometric content management has been improved. The scientometric subjects’ representation information model had further development. Gained further development the evaluating scientometric subjects method, which is based on these entities structure presented in the form of a hierarchy. The scientometric subjects’ representation and evaluation models and methods that was developed, formed the information-analytical system "HEI’s scientific activity" basis.
