Vyshnevska K. Assessment and adaptation mechanism in the post-industrial conditions of an enterprise activity (on materials of mining and metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine)

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical positions, methodical principles and development of practical recommendations for assessing the adaptation of the enterprise and the formation of adaptive mechanisms in the post - industrial conditions of the enterprise. Scientific approaches to the study of adaptation with the selection of basic and thematic and argued author's position on its essence are arranged. The scientific approach to the modeling of adaptation of the enterprise based on the levels of complexity of the external environment and the strategic process is substantiated. Based on the proposed approach, models of situational, strategic and scenario adaptation are formed and characterized. The methodical approach to assessing the adaptation of the enterprise based on the combination of the results and attributive aspects with the identification of ordinary and extraordinary gaps is developed. Advanced technology analysis of strategic discontinuities is elaborated. The system of indicators for the retrospective assessment of adaptation, which takes into account the specifics of the activity of mining and metallurgical enterprises, is formed. The financial-economic results of the adaptation of the sample of the investigated enterprises to the changes of the environment and the diagnostic of the potential of ensuring their adaptability are estimated.
