Danich Y. Use of special knowledge during the performance of investigative experiment

Thesis formulates theoretical background and presents practical recommendations related to use of special knowledge during the performance of investigative experiment. Current state of related issues research is outlined; criminal procedural regimentation is defined, tasks and forms of use of special knowledge during the performance of investigative experiment. Basic concept of use of special knowledge as component of investigative experiment tactics is presented with consideration of stages of preparation to investigative (search) activity performance, its process and results fixation, its evaluation. Methods of improving special technical, forensic, psychological and other knowledge used during the investigative experiment are formulated.
