Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of existing scientific approaches, legislation of Ukraine and the practice of its realization in order to determine the essence and peculiarities of the administrative and legal mechanism of prevention and counteraction to violations of customs rules, as well as outline ways of its improvement. The article clarifies the essence of the concept and content of violations of customs rules and their place in the system of administrative offenses. The genesis of the system of prevention and counteraction of violations of customs rules in Ukraine is established.
