Ragulina N. Development of the investment mechanism of state policy of national economy’s post-conflict recovery

The object of the research is the process of post-conflict recovery of the national economy of Ukraine. The purpose of the dissertation is deepening of the theoretical foundations and institutional foundations, improving of the methodological and organizational approaches to the development of the investment mechanism of the state policy of post-conflict recovery of the national economy. The scientific novelty consists in deepening of the theoretical foundations and institutional foundations, improving of the methodological and organizational approaches to the development of the investment mechanism of the state policy of post-conflict recovery of the national economy, aimed at reproducing and further preserving the structural and functional integrity of the economic systems of the micro, meso- and macro levels at all stages of overcoming the conflict. The methods of research are: abstract-logical method; generalization; intrusion-analysis of narrative sources; systematization, system and structural analysis and synthesis; comparison, grouping, statistical analysis, situational approach; specification, structuring, conceptualization, decomposition, structural and functional method; hierarchical ordering; logical generalization. Information and analytical support for the development of the investment mechanism of the state policy of post-conflict recovery of the Ukrainian economy; methodical approach to the development of the investment mechanism of the state policy of economic recovery of Ukraine; investment mechanism of the state policy of post-conflict recovery of the national one; scientific approach to ensuring the completeness and systematic organizational and legal basis for the development of the investment mechanism of the post-conflict recovery of the Ukrainian economy have been improved. The theoretical and methodical principles of the formation and implementation of the state policy of post-conflict recovery, identification of determinants and systematization of the principles of its construction, the isolation of the four levels of objects; scientific positions regarding the formation of an investment mechanism for the post-conflict recovery of the national economy; systematization of institutional preconditions for the development of the investment mechanism of the state policy of post-conflict recovery of the national economy have been further development.
