Serbin N. Legal Regulation for Non-Discrimination in the Labor Sphere in Accordance with Labor Legislation of Ukraine

The dissertation is focused on the problematic issues of legal regulation of non-discrimination in the labor sphere in Ukraine. The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the essence and peculiarities of legal regulation of non-discrimination in the labor sphere under the labor legislation of Ukraine, as well as in elaborating propositions and recommendations for improving the relevant legislation. The essence of the concept and features of discrimination in the labor sphere has been determined. The place and significance of the principle of non-discrimination in the labor sphere among the principles of labor law have been outlined.
