Vashkovych V. Administrative-legal provision of volunteering as a component of the social function of the state

The dissertation describes the essence of volunteering, describes volunteering as a component of the social function of the state, identifies the problems faced by volunteers in their work, as well as formulates the provisions on improving legislation in the relevant field. The content of the social function of the state as a legal category and the mechanism for its implementation, the transfer of the social function of the state to non-state actors, the concept of "volunteerism", "volunteer activity" are described, the administrative-legal status of volunteers and volunteer organizations is determined, the peculiarities of legal regulation of volunteers activities in certain spheres and areas, the legal aspects of volunteering in the field of providing social services, in the field of state defense and to work of internally displaced persons.
