Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual scientific problem in pediatrics - to increasing the efficiency of treatment and readiness for systematic school studying of children aged 5-6 years with alimentary deficiency of iron on the basis of studying the nature and role of violations of physical, biological, cognitive, emotional and volitional development indicators of patients in this category. There are presented data on the prevalence of iron deficiency in children aged 5-6 years, pupils of preschool educational institutions. The alimentary deficiency of iron adversely affects on the level of biological, cognitive, social development іn children aged 5-6 years and their readiness for systematic schooling. Adding to ferrotherapy L - carnitine-containing preparation has allowed to increase the biological, cognitive, social maturity of children with alimentary deficiency of iron and their readiness for systematic schooling.
