Dilihul A. Legal Regulation of Home-Work within Labor Law of Ukraine

The dissertation is focused on the problem of improving labor legislation in the field of regulation of the work of outworkers. The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution of the scientific problem, which is to determine the essence and peculiarities of the legal regulation of home-work in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine, as well as to work out appropriate propositions and recommendations for the improvement of the relevant legislation. It has been noted that the distribution of non-standard forms of population employment, which should include home-work, plays an important role in the conditions of the modern world labor market. The author on this basis has suggested own definition of “home-work”.
