Serduk I. Interaction of Law and Morality in the Information Society: Philosophical and Legal Discourse

The thesis is a complex study in which a cohesive philosophical and legal analysis and scientific understanding of the interaction of law and morality in the modern information society is carried out, the links between the development of the information society and those challenges that appear in the moral and legal sphere are revealed. In the dissertation a number of conceptual provisions, conclusions and recommendations, which have important theoretical and practical significance are formulated. The substantiated process of convergence of legal positivism and the theory of natural law, the moral and legal foundations of the development of the information society are defined and the range of problems created by the influence of the latest information and communication technologies on traditional spiritual values has been established. Practical measures of state policy in the field of protection of public morality and further improvement of the legal regulation of information relations in Ukraine are proposed.
