Voytyuk R. Detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine as a subject of criminal procedural legal relations

The dissertation is the first in Ukraine study of theoretical foundations and practical issues of the detective activity of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine as a subject of criminal procedural legal relations. The article formulates the concept and determines the place of the detective of NABU in the system of pre-trial investigation bodies and other law enforcement agencies authorized to counter corruption. The foreign experience of detective activity as a subject of criminal procedural legal relations in the field of counteraction to corruption is researched. The rights and duties of the detective of NABU as a subject of criminal procedural relations are analyzed, the theoretical provisions concerning procedural guarantees of his activity have been improved. The order of interaction of the detective of NABU during the pre-trial investigation of corruption crimes was investigated.
