The dissertation on the monographic level investigates the theoretical and practical features of organizational and tactical support for the investigation of fraud associated with investing funds in the construction of real estate. Due to the thorough analysis, the state of scientific development of the problems of combating fraud related to investing funds in the construction of real estate objects has been determined, the main categories and concepts are considered, as well as the elements of the forensic description of the crimes of this category are outlined and characterized, and the correlation links between them.
