Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of existing scientific approaches, legislation of Ukraine and the practice of its realization in order to determine the theoretical foundations, mechanism and peculiarities of the administrative and legal protection of social morality in Ukraine, as well as outline ways of its improvement. The work substantiates the expediency of recognizing social morality as a priority object of administrative and legal protection, and the destruction of the traditional system of moral values of society as a direct threat to the national security of the Ukrainian state.
