The dissertation on the monographic level investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of investigating the involvement of a minor in prostitution and pimping. On the basis of deep and systematic analysis, the essence and structure of forensic characteristics are determined, which distinguishes the following elements: the method of committing a crime; means of juvenile involvement in prostitution; person of the offender (pimp); the crime situation; trail picture; person of the minor victim.
