The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of issues concerning the evidence in criminal proceedings related to the conducting of public procurement. The analysis of the scientific development of evidence in criminal proceedings related to the conducting of public procurement is given. The author’s vision of the proof by the prosecution has been provided and the content of evidence in criminal proceedings related to the conducting of public procurement has been determined. The circumstances that are subject to proof in criminal proceedings related to the conducting of public procurement (main and additional) are investigated. The commence pre-trial investigation as well as the grounds of its inclusion in the Unified registry of pre-trial investigations are determined. The features of the collection of evidence in crime related to the conducting of public procurement through investigative (search) actions, covert investigative (search) actions and other means are examined.
