Suhak T. State policy of economic development of the water supply and sewage sector

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles of the state policy of economic development of the water supply and sewerage sector and improvement of its management system in the structure of the national economy. The study of the bases of economic development of the water supply and drainage area was conducted. Approaches to the formation and implementation of the state policy of economic development of the water supply and sewage system have been improved, which made it possible to propose recommendations on the application of public-private partnership, concession relations and cluster strategy. The tools for assessing the effectiveness of the economic development of the water supply and sanitation sector are determined. The approach and recommendations for the mechanism of development and implementation of the state policy of economic development of the water supply and sewage system are substantiated.
