The thesis is dedicated to the conceptualizing and analyzing the administrative and legal mechanism of information support to countering the corruption in law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. The shortcomings in the work of this mechanism have been revealed in practice, as a result of which, in order to minimize the numerous practical shortcomings and vices of the administrative and legal mechanism for information support to counteracting corruption in law enforcement agencies, general proposals for optimizing this mechanism have been formulated and the main ways of improving the legal basis for this mechanism have been identified.
