The author of the dissertation has studied the legal principles of carrying out budget funds management by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The author has provided own definition of “budget funds management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” and has clarified the objectives, tasks, functions and principles of budget funds management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The budget powers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as the main manager of budget funds at the stages of the budget process have been analyzed.
