Object – processes of innovation activity realization by enterprises. Purpose - theoretical and methodical substantiation and development of practical recommendations to improve the assessment of the effectiveness of innovation projects at enterprises in the conditions of risk and uncertainty. Methods – general scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization and formal logic, system approach, classification. Results – theoretical generalization and a new solution of the scientific problem, which is to assess the efficiency of innovation enterprise projects in the conditions of risk and uncertainty. Novelty – improved: the classification of factors; methods for system assessment of economic and social efficiency of innovation projects of enterprises; methodical approach to making up a variation investment plan for the implementation of the innovation project, based on probabilistic assessment of project risk factors; the procedure for assessing the risks of innovation projects; acquired further development: the interpretation of the concept of "innovation risk"; technological and specific classification of innovations that determine the direction of innovation activity of the enterprises of the cement industry; the algorithm of estimation and calculation of the level of efficiency of investing in innovation projects. Introduced – in the activities of PrJSC "Ivano-Frankivsk Cement", PJSC "Podilsky Cement", PrJSC "Mykolayiv Cement", Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration and in the educational process of the Ternopil National Economic University and the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.
