Essay

Dissertation work consists of introduction, five sections, conclusions, list of used literary sources from 134 titles. The full volume of the dissertation is 175 pages, among them: 26 figures, 23 tables, 6 applications. The dissertation is dedicated to scientific substantiation of recipes and developing the local manufacturing of low-speed charges through the study of physical and chemical and explosive characteristics of heterogeneous systems based on potassium perchlorate and their impact on the decorative stone reflection efficiency with low-speed explosive charges made on-site blasting. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of explosion gases, it was determined that the toxic gases such as NO2, CO, and Cl2 are present in a minor amount, as a result of the developed mixtures are safe for the environment and workers in quarries. In addition, the method of developed charges making directly in the career is developed. This eliminates the explosives transportation from the manufacturer, special transport on the territory of the country, which relates to the safety of the population and reduce the amount of protected storage space. Keywords: potassium perchlorate, catalyst, thermal decomposition, low-energy charges, local manufacturing, technology.
