Essay

Improving the efficiency of stepping mechanisms of lifting-transport vehicles due to substantiation of rational parameters of the supporting elements of skis on the basis of established regularities of the process of mechanical interaction with the soil. Methods of research: methods of theoretical mechanics, probability theory, similarity theory, mathematical analysis, experimental planning, methods of strain gauging. Theoretical and practical results: improvement of methods for determining the rational parameters of the supporting elements of the skis of stepping-lifting vehicles, with expanded account of the parameters characterizing the process mechanical interaction with the soil. Scientific novelty: for the first time, the use of supporting elements of the chevron form, the skier of the walking racetrack was substantiated; the optimal distance between the supporting elements of the ski is calculated for the first time; the regularities of the process of interaction of the ski with the ground with the use of different forms of supporting elements, as well as their location, are specified; The mathematical model, which describes the process of interaction of the supporting surface of the ski with the ground, taking into account the shape, height of the supporting element and the distance between the supporting elements, has become further developed. The mathematical model of the interaction of the supporting surface of a three-point walking crown with different types of soils has been further developed; the method of determining the coefficient of grip of the ski with the soil has been further developed in the application of supporting elements of rectilinear and chevron form; improved definition of rational parameters of lifting-transport machines on the step-by-step, which greatly increase their technical level. The degree of implementation: the results of work are implemented at PSC NKMZ, in the educational process of the Department of Lifting-transport vehicles of the DSA in the lecture courses "Special PTM" and the implementation of laboratory works on disciplines: "Machines for earth, road and land reclamation works", "Modeling of work processes PBBDMiO ".
