Pavlovsky P. Formation of the system of logistic business processes of the processing industry

The object of research is the process of managing the logistics business processes of the processing industry in the conditions of the multilateral partnership. The purpose of the dissertation is substantiation of the theoretical and methodological and scientific and practical principles of forming a system of logistic business processes in the processing industry based on the need to take into account sectoral peculiarities of multilateral partnership, optimization of supply chains and controlling subcontracting relations. The methods of research are: abstract-logical method, generalization, system and structural approaches, comparison, grouping, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, fuzzy sets theory, logical generalization. The scientific novelty consists in solving the scientific problem of development of theoretical foundations, substantiation of methodological and scientific-practical recommendations concerning the formation of the state strategy of socially oriented economic development of the national economy. The theoretical positions of the development of integrated logistics, as the concept of multimodal management of material flows, information exchange and economic processes, have been improved; methodical approach to the formation of the logistics business processes system in the conditions of multilateral partnership that will increase the efficiency of the economic activity of the enterprises of the processing industry through a combination of sectoral effects and integration externalities within the framework of industry and regional industrial complexes; methodical approach to the implementation of the organizational and informational mechanism of management of logistics business processes processing industry; organizational procedure for monitoring the implementation of business processes, which was derived from subcontracting. The content of the concept "logistic business process of the industry" as a set of interrelated logistics operations and functions carried out by participants of the business environment with the aim of realization of branch projects, increase of competitiveness of the industry and development of the region of its localization; methodical tools for assessing the impact of logistic integration on the efficiency of the processing industry; analytical support for the process of subcontracting in the processing industry have been further development.
