Morozov D. Investigation of illicit sowing or growing poppy or cannabis

The Thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of investigating the illegal planting or the cultivation of sleeping pills or cannabis. The criminalistics characteristics of illegal sowing or cultivation of sleeping pills or hemp are investigated, the organization and planning of the investigation, in particular, the circumstances to be clarified, the typical investigative situation, the version and program of actions of the investigator regarding their verification, the forms and means of interaction between investigators and operational units in the investigation of illegal sowing or cultivating a sleeping pills or hemp. The features of the tactics of conducting separate investigative (search) actions during investigation of crimes of the investigated type are revealed: the review of the place of the event, questioning of witnesses, the suspect, systematized organizational and tactical principles of involving experts and appointment of forensic examinations in the course of investigating illicit cropping or growing soporific poppies or hemp.
