Goal: study theoretical and methodical positions and provide practical recommendations on the strategic management of a balanced development of industrial enterprises of Ukraine in an unstable environment. Research methods: theoretical generalization; abstract logic; statistical, graphical analysis, clustering; financial and economic analysis; analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction; economic and statistical methods; integral evaluation; cognitive modeling; methods for expert evaluation. The following was improved: mechanism of strategic management balanced development of industrial enterprises; a set of alternatives of balanced development of strategic management industry; evaluation of the degree of balanced industrial development. The following was developed: conceptual apparatus of development and strategic management theories; the basic principle of the category "strategic development management system"; methodical approach to the assessment of the state of balanced development of strategic management of industrial enterprises.
