Kryshchenko A. The administrative and legal status of the head of the National Police territorial office in the field of public security and order

This dissertation is devoted to the complex solution of theoretical and practical problems of the administrative legal status of the head of the territorial body of the National Police in the field of ensuring public security and order. The public security and order are described as the object of the police activity and the sphere of administrative influence of the head of its territorial office. The system of administrative and legal status of the head of the police body in the field of public security and order is defined; the content of its elements is disclosed. The powers of the head of the police body regarding public safety and order are outlined; scientific and practical recommendations for improving the control function and organizing the interaction of the head of the police body with other subjects of public safety and order are elaborated. The peculiarities of legal and organizational public safety and order (by the police authorities of other countries) are singled out with the estimation of expediency of implementation of foreign experience in Ukraine. Recommendations for improving legislation and relevant enforcement practices are proposed.
