Hladun H. Legal aid as a social phenomenon

The dissertation is devoted to the outline of the philosophical and legal concept of legal assistance as a social and legal phenomenon on the basis of the application of the structure of philosophical knowledge (ontology, epistemology, methodology, axiology, anthropology, praxeology). In particular, the peculiarities of the philosophical and legal analysis of legal aid are determined, which allow to formulate it from the three components of the doctrinal-ideological, strategic and instrumental principles based on the general scientific methodology of the study of the phenomenon of legal aid. The first of them outline one or another type of legal thinking, the second one is the arsenal of the main means of achieving the goal, the third one enables to develop a set of stable representations about the right and the object under investigation from the researcher.
