Mutynets N. Deviant behavior of a child: legal determination

In the dissertation for the first time the theoretical generalization of the studies about the scientific problem of deviant behavior of a child is carried out, a thorough analysis of one of the forms of deviant behavior i.e. the crime, is provided, the mechanism of transformation of a child's behavior into deviant is explained. The main scientific views on the definition of the "deviant behavior" are analyzed and the need for clarification is defined: within the framework of the dissertation the designated concept has two interpretations – as an individual behavioral act which contradicts to the traditional norms in the society, and as a social phenomenon, that is, the initial understanding of the definition of "deviant behavior".
