Essay

The thesis covers the up-to-date scientific and practical challenges. It targets increasing of the effectiveness of the labor safety management at glass companies through the development of a physical factors monitoring system in the production environment. A modified method of exponential smoothing and a polynomial regression method were used to predict the dynamics of production factors. I developed an algorithm to take managerial decisions for planning the measures to improve working conditions. The obtained mathematical models for the hazardous and harmful factors forecast have a precision of over 90%. The planning of the measures to decrease the level of hazardous and harmful factors is based on monitoring system data. The economic impact of implementing the thesis results glass manufacturing company showed the saving of over UAH 20000 per year.
