Nesterova N. Principle of rational use of natural resources in environmental law of Ukraine.

In the work on the basis of the study of scientific literature, legislative and other normative legal acts, a comprehensive study of the principle of rational use of natural resources in the environmental law of Ukraine has been carried out. The theoretical and philosophical aspects of understanding this principle are characterized, its essence, features and connection with other principles of domestic ecological law are clarified. The prospects of development of this principle are determined taking into account modern international legal and European-legal tendencies. Combining the legal essence of the principle of rational use of natural resources, its connection with other principles of environmental law of Ukraine, as well as modern tendencies of its further development, formulated the definition of the principle of rational use of natural resources in the environmental law of Ukraine. The legal guarantees and legal criteria for the implementation of the principle of the rational use of natural resources are analyzed, the content of the main ecological and legal means of its implementation is disclosed and some proposals concerning the improvement of the legislative support for the implementation of the principle of rational use of natural resources are provided.
