Essay

The problem of liquidation of open oil and gas fountain and the urgency of the problem are highlighted in the paper; the conditions of liquidation of an open fountain are analyzed; analytical review of methods and constructive solutions of non-standard equipment for dismantling damaged mouth equipment; The analysis of works connected with research of the equipment and process of hydro-abrasive cutting is carried out. As a result of conducting of factor experimental studies, the relationship between geometric forms, parameters and durability of the failure-free operation of the cutting hydro-abrasive device at extremely low pressures has been established. The influence of hydroabrasive cutting depending on the physical and mechanical properties of the cut material is studied. On the basis of the obtained results of theoretical and experimental research the design of the hydro-abrasive cutting device for cutting at the extremely low pressure has been developed and the method of cutting off equipment in the conditions of an open burning fountain is proposed.
