The object of the research is the process of formation and development of chains of creation of complex technical systems. The research aims to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological and applied provisions concerning the formation of a strategy of production enterprises in the chain of complex technical systems creation. The author used such methods as: historical and logical methods of the theory of systems and system analysis, methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison, methods of induction and deduction, method of scientific generalization and systematization, methods of the project approach, methods of econometric modeling, method of scientific generalization and systematization, matrix methods. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles with regard to the formation of a strategy of production enterprises in the chain of complex technical systems. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time the concept of adaptation of the strategy of development of a production enterprise to the conditions of functioning in the chain of creation of complex technical systems on the market of technical means of economic security of legal entities and individuals on the basis of identification of priorities and key factors of their development was improved, the situation with regard to substantiation of strategic alternatives of production enterprises in the chain of creation is difficult -technical systems, method of assessing the potential of market development of technical means of economic security of legal and f identification of its key factors on the basis of the identification of the spheres and nature of influence (state regulators, market, economic policy of economic entities), the mechanism for assessing the impact of the integrated strategy of the complex creation of technical systems on the modification of the business strategy and functional strategies of the participants in such a chain. , the method of identification of key determinants of the development of chains of complex technical systems development has been developed. The subject of research refers to theoretical and methodological issues of formation and development of the strategy of industrial enterprises in the chain of complex technical systems creation. Author’s recommendations are used during the formation of the strategy of production enterprises in the chain of complex technical systems.
