Rubezhanska V. Regulation of the development of the national labour market

The dissertation deals with the development of theoretical, methodological prepositions and making practical recommendations on improving the regulation of the development of the national labour market. The following results are provided in the dissertation: the conceptual-terminological apparatus for the research of components of the national labour market has been improved; the scientific-methodical approach to the formation of a fundamentally new concept of regulation of the labour market has been proposed; the procedure for developing a dissipative system of cyclical evolutionary development of the national labour market has been substantiated; the mechanism for providing innovative development of the national labour market in the "crisis" phase has been developed; the procedure of modeling of influence of the national labour market on the economic development of the state using the Brandon method has been analyzed and the sequential assessment of the market’s functioning has been conducted using taxonomic analysis of indicators of the development of the national labour market; the complex system of efficiency evaluation of the infrastructure of the national labour market using the indicators distributed over three spheres: labour mediation, vocational guidance, social justice has been suggested in the thesis.
