Morozova O. Economic-expert mechanism of foreign economic activity of gas transport enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of the scientific and applied task of deepening and development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations regarding the formation of the economic-expert mechanism of foreign economic activity of gas transport enterprises. The research conducted of the epistemological foundations of the economic mechanism of the enterprise was carried out and the essence of this definition was specified. It is noted that the main approach to the disclosure of the content and essence of the economic mechanism is the special purpose, the content and specific ways of functioning: the beginning of the process of economic activity of the enterprise is directly related to the emergence of economic or social interest in the implementation of such activities, which acts as an impetus-activator , which enters into operation the economic mechanism of the enterprise, and influences the expected result of the functioning of such a mechanism.The author's definition of the economic-expert mechanism as an organized ordered set of the main elements of the examination of the economic system of the enterprise's activity is formulated, which, in contrast to the traditional definition of the economic mechanism, in the theoretical aspect is characterized by the purpose, task and subject of expert research, and in practical - the definite structure of the constituent elements of the procedure (receiving information materials, relationships (relationships) between them, the technique of such relationships, legislative-regulatory base (static) and specific technology research management decisions, business transactions, facts, events, processes or activities that are studied (recurrent)) system of controlling on a modern stage of information technology, control technology. The analysis of the current state of functioning of gas transport enterprises with the definition of the main tendencies of organization of activity in the domestic and foreign markets, as well as strategic guidelines for managing their foreign economic activity, has been carried out. The methodology of conducting an economic-expert study of the foreign economic operation (on the example of import operations of components for PJSC «Ukrtransgas») is algorithmic and the sequence of actions of expert economic research on certain issues of financial and economic activity is formed on the example of purchasing equipment from PJSC «Ukrtransgas» from a non-resident.
