Object: introduction of cloud technologies in the educational process of technical universities; purpose: theoretical substantiation, development and experimental verification of the methodic of using cloud technologies learning tool of the foundations of mathematical informatics for students of technical universities; methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization of scientific literature and regulatory documents, observation, conversations, a retrospective analysis of personal pedagogical experience to determine the leading tools of cloud technologies for the training of future IT specialists, testing and experimental verification of the developed methodic, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: grounded and developed the methodological principles of using cloud technologies as a learning tool of the foundations of mathematical informatics for students of technical universities; the tools of cloud technologies for the learning of the foundations of mathematical informatics for students of technical universities are selected and systemized; the forms, methods and learning tools of the mathematical informatics for students of technical universities have been improved through the development and implementation of cloud-oriented teaching aids; results: the methodic of using cloud technologies as a learning tool of the foundations of mathematical informatics for students of technical universities are developed and experimentally tested its effectiveness; the program of the special course "Fundamentals of mathematical informatics" for students of the specialty 123 "Computer Engineering"; cloud-based program and methodical materials for the study of the foundations of mathematical informatics were developed and introduced into the educational process of higher educational institutions; area - information and communication technologies in education.
