The dissertation is dedicated to the study of the essence and peculiarities of the administrative and legal support of the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to determine the directions of its improvement. Based on the analysis of the legislation, the current state of the legal regulation of the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is characterized, the shortcomings of a number of legal acts regulating the sphere of mobilization training and mobilization are identified and the directions of its optimization and improvement are outlined.
