Essay

The dissertation is a monographic study in which the significance and place of legal acts in the system of tax and legal regulation is revealed in a complex way, taking into account modern methods of cognition, the achievements of domestic and foreign legal science, national and foreign jurisprudence. Theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept and types of legal acts are studied. The types of court acts acting nowadays in Ukraine as normative regulators of legal relations are outlined. The scientific approaches to the determination of the place of legal acts in the law system, acting as normative regulators of legal relations are investigated.
