Essay

The thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the essence of the system of technical regulation in Ukraine and transformational processes in accordance with the economic part of the "Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union". Approaches to concepts of product standardization and certification as the components of the technical regulation system are considered, and author's definitions are proposed based on national specificity of their implementation. The calculation of economic efficiency of the project of standardization of production on the enterprise in the long-term period with usage of the discount rate indicator based on the proposed economic-mathematical toolkit was carried out.
